Couple things

• Part of Bannon saying that is a rally cry to motivate the base for fundraising and a dog whistle to be ready to take up arms
• He was talking about the inner circle not republicans at large. To that point Trump is there safety net in terms of possible pardons. They won’t abandon him based on that.
