Basketball players aren't known for their strategic intelligence. :mjlol:

But to be fair, one of DLo or Swaggy is probably gone. Either way DLo wins. So maybe his strategy isn't so poorly conceived afterall.
:yeshrug:

Who cares whether NBA players like DLo anyway? He's rich, famous and there are plenty of average people who like him regardless.

...he isn't Kobe. Kobe had the mental toughness to block away all distractions and dedicate himself to the game to the legend that he is today. Dlo isn't reaching a quarter of Kobe's greatness. You see how he parties and does all this social media type shyt, he gives a shyt about the bright lights and his organization. He cares. When you come to work and your coworkers don't like you (especially with how personal the NBA is) it will fukk you up. Young guns like him want to be friends with other NBA players and broaden their social circle, he lost the ability to do that now. Dlo is out I can guranteee. I can see the top brass not wanting this type of distraction hovering around the Lakers.

You're right DLo cares about what his peers think and how they perceive him. That said, does he care more about what they think versus how his career is turning out? Because things aren't looking so good on that good. Looking now at DLo's numbers, he's failing in LA. His Plus/Minus scores look like winter thermometer. Getting out of LA and to a different team is the best move for his career.
