Man I did a two week experiment and ate more sweets(desserts & candy) and ate out more(still pescatarian but no fried food & no soda) and my weight went up 12 lbs lol. I was still working out too. Imagine if I did that for a year and didn’t do shyt

Its hard for me to empathize since I'm #FastMetabolismCrew.
I do that and actually lose weight. Had Whataburger 3x for lunch one week, in addition to eating other bullshyt and fukked around and lost weight that week.
Need to find a digital scale to hop on but so far my net weight gain this year has been 0.
