IMHO no two songs have done a better job than DSTYGE and Billie Jean. 2 perfect songs to this day.

The answer of which is better is really inconsequential as its just an opportunity to celebrate 2 classics.

U see I didn't even know that. I just assumed Billie Jean was the lead single cause it seemed like the song that the album is more known for and what seemed to be the initial catalyst for the albums iconography.

i think they were trying to go with that am gold vibe with the first single and got called out for it. i also think it was a marketing genius move.
it got the white people interested... and then billie jean was dropped

This is a hard one... I think I go with DSTYGE. Also the real lead single was The Girl Is Mine, so that makes it even easier. Might be the least good song on Thriller imo
