Don't u have to neg/rep other users atleast 30x before u can neg/rep a person again?

I'm not really well versed on this rep system. I'd honestly rather have it disabled. Yet somehow I managed to build a rep up to 100+ point on two separate occasions (without rep boosting/begging people to rep me...just based on me saying real shyt and nikkas fukkin with whatever i say) only for it to be diminished by a select few lil kids on this site on both occasions. ( I guess they're part of some internet click/crew or sum shyt, u lil ninjas know who u are, one of u ratted and got someone banned earlier, I'm not bout that snitch life so I won't put u lil dudes names out there, shout out to that Nas obsessed @intilectual recipricol dude tho)


I know u nikkas live and breathe this sh1t (I seen one of u little dudes literally get up and dap 30 in a row within 10 min...shyt was in ur forum activity, lame nikka shyt b) but damn....... I just got negged by same lil dude twice within like 60 seconds.


Everytime I try to rep someone twice it always tells me to atleast pass the rep to 30 other ppl before I can show love again. I'm assuming the negging process is the same way (I wouldn't know, I only negged 2 dudes on this forum and negs were for snitching on other dudes...Observe for snitching on Colecash to capcom and that one dude who called the cops on sum dude on youtube) and u have to neg or rep someone 30 times before u can neg/rep that same person again, correct?

So these lil dude just wasted their time neg/pos repping 30 other people in 60 seconds just to neg rep me twice?




I could be completely wrong and that's not the way it works at all tho
