Except that’s not what happened

I remember when this first happened and people were saying there was a longer video that shows her opening the door but nobody has ever posted that video.

There is a longer video that shows her walking up to the house and the door is already wide open.

I honestly think the dude was most likely a creep.

Looking at a verified article rather than a Twitter post, police said she opened the door which was closed then went inside.

She also reported the incident to the police but felt that her complaint was not being taken seriously. The emotional clip went viral in no time as people rallied around her in support, calling for accountability from the company, DoorDash. While the clip went viral, so did calls for an investigation into the incident to confirm whether it was real.

According to the police account, the suspect, a 23-year-old woman named Livie Rose Henderson, visited a customer’s address on October 12 to deliver food in a contactless drop-off manner. However, she proceeded to open the closed entrance door and went inside.

She found the customer asleep on the couch, wearing his trousers down. She recorded the incident but later posted the blurred footage of the act on TikTok, claiming she was sexually assaulted.

However, footage from the Ring camera revealed that the customer did not invite her inside. The detectives later determined that he was not intentionally exposing himself, nor was there any evidence of sexual assault.

@spliz @Zero @Killer Instinct I was mistaken and thought the door was open when she got there and not that she opened it. The first article I read did not have that in the story as it was old. Rep has been given out.

Tbh, she is lucky the guy isnt counter suing her in civil court. This is technically defamation, libel and cyberbullying.

He can legitimately argue that his reputation was damaged to the extent that his own income and earning potential was jeopardized. I don't believe for a second that this lady didn't post this Guy's real name because they see that in the app. So he'll get monetary compensation for any potential lost wages and emotional pain and suffering.

Would be hilarious if this lady tried to finesse doordash for a good check, but ended up being garnished for it :mjlol:

This bytch is stupid and crazy. That’s all there is to it.

Bytch thought it was cool to get content for the internet and then scream sexual assault when shyt backfired.

I don’t give a fukk if the door is open or not, drop the shyt off, leave, and go to the next order. If you’re that concerned report it to your employer to protect yourself. I guess that’s just too old school.

Mufukkas wanna make something out of everything nowadays.

To be honest this is an interesting case.
I think it’s important too and ai hope it goes viral.

The new kids have no idea what privacy is!
She illegally entered the house, filmed him in a compromising position and then shared it on social media.

BUT A FELONY???? Ouchhhh!!!

I dunno if I agree with that level but these new kids need to learn something.
Privacy should now be a course in grade school imo
Swap the sexes around. Would a felony seem to harsh is Darius broke into Jessica's home, took a photo of her whilst she was in a state of undress and plastered it over social media?

She's getting what she deserves. These white women are out of control and it is because they're being a fed the message that they're always the victim, never the perpetrator.
