:snoop: Now I have to hear this dude do broadcasting again. He gets on my nerves. Mr. Obvious.

Him and Cris Collinsworth are the worst.

Now he can stay his old ass in the booth. He doesn't have the tolerance or patience to coach and he's an average coach

Philly has too much talent to be this bad even without bynum...

:whoa:
Even with Doug gone this team is missing several pieces before being anything more than a scrappy team that plays hard and is capable of scaring a really good team before losing.

we maxed out and made the playoffs last year under collins, lost our MOST IMPORTANT player and had no replacement for him this year. this roster was definitely worse than last years, what were the expectations??

lol nah we were worse, we lost our key and most versatile player along with our best scorer and we picked up nick young and jason richardson smh. and I think realizing bynum wasn't playing for us really demoralized this team so they said "fukk it".

For the past week or so there has been rampant speculation that the Sixers might want Collins out, and according to Yahoo!’s Adrian Wojnarowski, Collins informed 76ers’ controlling owner Josh Harris that he would be resigning after the season concludes.

The news is not completely shocking as Collins has a reputation of running himself and his players into the ground; he is a celebrated workaholic.

The Sixers are currently in ninth place after an offseason last year were Collins was given far more influence over the roster than he’ll admit publicly. It was Collins who pushed for the 76ers to trade for Andrew Bynum and to get Andre Iguodala off the roster. It was also Collins who pushed for the Sixers to pass on paying Lou Williams.
:beli: Collins is a terrible coach on offense. Didn't the Sixers this year or last season make history with the least amount of FT's ever attempted? His defense is good with the right personnel, but his offense is literally everyone shooting long 2's. :scusthov: :obama: Hopefully Brian Shaw gets that head coaching now with the Sixers.
