They be closed down or fined. Now with trump coming in and desantis in FL, it's only going to get worse. In the video I posted, he stated that there's no universal laws that state things HAVE to get better. Groups rise, fall and disappeared in history and we're not exception. Speaking truth to power doesn't mean anything when you don't have power. We'll still be oppressed.
I'm glad I live in New Jersey, we're blue. I couldn't imagine living in a place where reaching black history was illegal. I don't think Trump can repeal states rights over night. But I'm sure he'll try.

That's going to take a concerted effort. We always have to be ready for anything type of backlash. All of this is literally in the OP video. It's always been about power.
That's true. The question is why isn't it? Dr. Wilson died in 1995. We shouldn't be saying this now.
