It's designed by and for crakkers and crakker mindsets. I studied fiance at a top devil university, so yup I have a slight devil mindset about money, so I used to have stocks.

But actually producing something is better. Having businesses or saving is better and more natural.

Biggest thing IMO for blacks is LOSS

We already broke as a people, so many of us will not take that chance in it

I've read plenty of books on it, but I have trust issues when it comes to my money.. so I stick with my 401k investments and some acorn where my change investment is working excellent

So for you its not the lack of knowledge but the possibility of failure...makes sense. I think for most black Americans its simply a lack or understanding the guidelines involved. Plus many consider it to be a " white" thing. Having the lack of money to invest adds into it as well.

the liquidity of a stock compared to owning your own business is what gives you the control

Me and my wife have roth accounts. You couldn't tell me to not invest. Too many of you niccas want shyt to happen overnight, doesn't happen like that. You should be invested in dividend paying companies and strong bluechip companies. If you cannot touch your roth until you are 59.5 years old, then don't look to get rich quick. I'd invest as much as I could into a Roth yearly and get a duplex to start. I'd like to know, do any niccas that oppose what he is saying have a proven alternative?

What Vlad was saying made perfect sense. Basically he was saying it's not for everyone. He's not discouraging it at all. Once you sign those papers that's it.
