Dr Dre had ghost writers for years. Eminem was ghost writing for him when making the chronic. Ice Cube was ghost writing for every nikka in NWA back when they were poppin including Dre. So please explain more how he raised the bar so high.:gucci:

How can you complain about hip hop sounding like R&B when back in the day Dre got some criticism for how The Chronic sounded:dahell:.

Some people felt like hip hop was supposed to hard and sound grimey. And than here came Dre with his pristine clean sounding beats like he was producing an R&B album.

I personally give that credit to Lil Wayne Tha Carter 3.

Starting then onward I noticed rap becoming more fast food like
2007 was Hip Hops decline. You had Soulja boy who was the Godfather of Youtube rap, and opened the doors for gimmicky artists to get exposure.Wayne didn't help either with his lolipop and rockstar garbage.:scust:
