Nor is the world supposed to stop because you no longer recognize it.
Of course not...who's saying it should?
Some of my favorite songs right now are by guys that could be my kids lol, like seriously. So the world isn't unrecognizable to me in the least. But the things I do recognize about it can't be swatted away with age-ism and "player hater" shyt just because it's critical.
That's exactly how we got to the point we're at, which has PLENTY of negative implications for the artists, the listeners and lastly, to be least considered the 'game'/industry itself. Dr. Dre spends most of his time on Neptune. He's super isolated from even his music industry peers let alone the CROWD, which SHOULD be the most important aspect of the whole equation.
If somebody points up how many reboots, remakes and general overall lack of origonality in movies and television is it because they're just too old to understand how/why movies are made?
