If ur employees wanna beat yo ass then u gotta do some self reflection as a boss. Lol. But I guess it all depends on what u a boss of.
Clearly you aren't a boss because if you were you'd know that people get mad for the most illogical reasons.

He wanted to beat my ass because he was pulled off the road for hitting another person's vehicle and damaging a company vehicle.

But according to you, I should have left him to play road rage on innocent people's cars, huh?

I’m actually a boss. And have been for over 15 years. lol. Never had an employee wanting to fight me. U literally volunteered the information that ur employees wanna fight u and are telling me to mind my business. Are u ok? lol. I’m not saying u should’ve left him to do anything. It’s either an error in ur hiring process or ur communication. Or both. I can see it happening maybe once or even twice depending on how long u been doing it. But any more than that? It’s time for some self reflection. Not saying ur a bad person. Maybe ur too stoic or some shyt. Who knows.

First, I don't believe you. Something tells me you aren't the only boss on the planet that is loved by every employee.

Second, I volunteered the information. But there is literally no context in the statement for you to draw a conclusion...which again tells me you aren't a boss because when you actually have to manage people, it's important to get as much information as possible to make a fair assessment.

What boss says "They violent person is mad therefore you are wrong?" None that are worth a damn.

3. He was mad that he got pulled. I wasn't even the one he spoke to. I am just the one who told my staff to pull him.

4. You know they don't say that sorta thing to your face right? He said it behind my back and others employee reported it. The fact that no one has ever said anything to your face doesn't mean they rock with you.

5. I get rated on my performance weekly by all the people I manage. I have never dropped below 95%. A handful of people aren't the measuring stick for success. As a "boss," you should know that.

6. The only thing you said that might be correct is that the hiring might be off. Could be but it's a hire high turn over industry by nature so unfortunately we don't always have the luxury of hiring the perfect employee.

Shorty u gotta relax. Thanks for the context. The way u made it seem was like ur employees was pressing u to fight all the time. U started off talking about how u never lost a fight. And then u was asked who be wanting to fight u. And u mentioned employees. Now with the context u gave. It doesn’t even present how u stated it at all. Yes. U volunteered the information without proper context. And yes. I am a boss. Never said I’m liked by everyone. I said I never had an employee try to fight me. And from what ur saying in ur post im quoting. Neither have u. It sounds like people talking and gossiping behind ur back. And of course I’ve had plenty of that.
