He was clearly talking to Drake, and he referred to something Drake actually did.

No, he posted a Baby keem bar thinking it was kendrick, and created a theory in his head based off kendrick saying "#2 DMing my bytch", believing Drake was in contact with kendrick's girl.
But that wasn't kendrick's bar, it was baby keem. And if you were paying attention back then, there were people breaking down who they were talking about in that song. Thats where the rumors of Drake talking to Keem's girl originated, and you can still find old twitter and reddit post of people talking about it.
The story has never been confirmed or denied by Keem or Drake so you'll never find facts.
