This fool just CAN’T take the L and move on.
Or he can just be a man and take the L and move on, really take a moment to think and digest this for a brief moment, when a judge hands you an L because of a diss track that's the moment you need to move on.
In all honesty this is by far the most pussay way to handle a beef.... Never in my 30 plus years of living I thought we would come to a point in hip Hop someone would file a lawsuit because of a diss track.
Because of the way Drake has handled this beef it's giving me more respect for rappers such as Cuban Link, Ja Rule and Prodigy ect.
I want to add that winning on appeal isn’t easy in case anyone read that from this. It’s a stupid case overall.

I'm talking about the types of appeal. An appeal after trial is more difficult to win than an appeal after a demurrer (essentially what we have here) or summary judgment.False
But I think it's a very low chance because the trial court's ruling follows the law, and the judicially noticed matters are damning.
