my boy put me on when comeback season was poppin. then right after that so far gone dropped, and it was a wrap. I think I got on later that a lot of cats tho.

I honestly don't think many people outside of Toronto was on Comeback Season like that...not when it actually came out ('07) and not enough to constitute "buzz" at least...people eventually got hip to it, but it was one of those situations where people doubled back after the fact...there was a thread made about it when it first dropped on SOHH and it had like 6 replies in it before it was upped a year later after he blew up (same thing for a thread on the Replacement Girl video...literally like 4 or 5 posts)...he had a couple of loose freestyles after Comeback Season if I remember correctly that started people talking...Stunt Hard and the o.g. version of Forever both with Wayne and Kidd Kidd...by the time Ransom came out people had start being on him heavy...the o.g. version of Money to Blow...then the anticipation for SFG got crazy...it dropped and the rest is history

i remember seeing Comeback Season on 2dopeboyz or some other site and readin the little paragraph about Roc-A-Fella but never downloaded... So Far Gone dropped and it was great, searched what else he put out saw it was him that did Comeback Season downloaded it.. don't think i listened to for ages though.
