it was a chess move (as you say) because it implies that he's bigger than the bullshyt, aint concerned with petty radio comments (even tho reading between the lines, it wouldve/did offend his bytch ass) and that it's all jokes - then he goes in on meek without lookin too emotional. he playing this beef of as fun and games while slowly disposing of meek over eager love torn ass

Dunno if this has been posted but that's a chess move. Drake knew Charlamagne was one of his biggest critics at one point, he never really responded back then because Charlamagne didn't really hold that much weight he was just an on air personality. Well since Charlagmagne has become bigger in the industry Drake sucking up because he know Charlagmagne could really go in and influence the publics opinion.
