somewhere in southside
Common was making songs about the complexities of relationships and other "regular nicca shyt" in his 20's.

So was Phonte. So was Kanye. So was Andre and Big Boi. So was Pac.

Drake was the first to do it at a level so feminized that females were actually relating more than dudes were.

So Drake has become the soundtrack for millennial women who can listen to 'How Bout Now' and relate to changing themselves for a man because they loved them or 'Fake Love' and relate to the bytches at work/school being two faced to them.

Drake isn't doing something that hasn't been done...his content and delivery is just really accessible to young women. It's shallow and surface level, but that's part of what makes it so accessible to this generation.

Drake is a joke. Dude is so wack that the machine basically spoke for him. Not his music. They literally had a pr campaign for the dude trying to present a buzz as the next big thing when there was no nobody saying this dudes name. No one. It's not like 50 cent where dude had a buzz in the mixtape circuit and had underground radio playing his shyt where he was unsigned after getting dropped after getting shot up. Drakes whole come up as an artist is questionable.

If dude was real, there would have been people saying he was nice on the streets and the Web forums. I've heard many other Canadian Toronto rappers get talked about like Sakurates but not drake. Drake was already a child star so he would have been known if he was nice like that. Obviously he isn't what they say he is. The streets talk and there been ghostwriting rumors and even how he got signed and etc been around way before meek blew it up.

It just hit me that we have a generation of kids who are being raised on Rappers who can't really rap or can really Rap but choose to dumb down their talent. Singers who can't sing.

I'm worried
