In terms of alcohol content, it is not going to be stronger than the strongest spirit in there so that talk about "he must be looking for death" is excessive.

People should be fine for couple of glasses. That said, it is wasteful. I'm not drinking at anything that was brewed and left for collection in someone's sink.
