An HPD sergeant observed a white Infiniti G37 engaging in reckless driving in a parking lot and activated his patrol vehicle’s emergency equipment to conduct a traffic stop. Modawi, the driver of the Infiniti, evaded and drove at a high rate of speed on Fairdale Lane where he struck three pedestrians. The Infiniti then flipped and struck a fixed object.

Paramedics pronounced the three pedestrians deceased at the scene. Modawi and his male passenger each sustained a broken leg and were transported to an area hospital in stable condition.

It was determined Modawi was not intoxicated. He was taken into custody and subsequently charged in the crash.

If guilty, deserves to have his legs run over by an infiniti repeatedly

Infinitis are becoming the new "mustang" in the jdm community. This is year is rough for these infinitis drivers especially the ones in new york. I don't know if you follow any nyc car pages on ig but if you do you would know what I mean that this yearvis rough for them!
