I had a frog on my windshield once. I didnt notice it until i got on the highway. Im going 70 and that lil nikka held on for 20 mins. I was rooting for him the whole way. It was like 2 am so i wasnt stopping. It was a red light at the exit ramp and he jumped off with the quickness. Probably got ran over by a car. 
Happened to me in Miami too. Although it was a lizard instead of a frog.
I left that little nikka alone and pulled over at Ms Cheezious. I didn't see where he went when I stopped so I left the windows down and got some food. As far as I know, he was gone when I came back. Lol
I once found a frog in my downstairs bathroom and damn near lost my mind. Apparently it's not uncommon for them to climb through the toilet and make their way up.
If I found one in the car while driving there's a 99% chance I would crash.
