Driveclub - why ratings are so low?

I need a racing game. The game looks glorious, but it has 5.9 user score on metacritic.

Buy or not buy?

if you have ps plus, I think Driveclub ps+ is out, so you can try it before you buy it. I haven't played it myself though.

The user score is low because it had a terrible launch and the free version was delayed like a year. The game is dope, though and very fun. The driving is a mix between arcade and sim. If you're looking for something closer to sim go with Project Cars. If you enjoy driving games you won't really lose with either of those.

Ok, I am buying. Btw, I consider Forza Horzion a trash game with paperboard cars and shyttiest physics, which caters to 16 years old (Xbox users).

Driveclub is very dope today. The launch was absolutely horrible that's why you see low scores. It's a shame cause those reviews steered alot of people away from a really good game. And yes, the PS+ version is out now so you can try it before buying it, but if you get it soon on psn you can get the full game and the season pass together for $20

Because of launch woes(No PS+ version and online not working).
The actual game today is much much improved. Amazing graphics, amazing sense of speed and lots of tracks and an inimitable weather system that creates all sorts of variation.

Its a fun game.

Its reviews are based on the game it was at launch. Its a completely revamped game now.

Its $19.99 for the full game and season pass on psn. Buy it because the season pass is loaded with content.

Say most reviews and post the one worst review brehs. The fact of the matter is that DC is a much better game today than it was last year. To use outdated reviews to slander it when it has had massive changes to it is just straight asinine.

Game is not good more of an arcade title with pretty graphics. I would rather buy need for speed or project cars if you are on Sony. Xbox forza is the simulation title you would want.

Let me add they made it an online title with no customization don't buy that shyt

Driveclub is dope. NONE of these racers are wack. My least favorite being Project Cars. My fav prolly Forza Horizon 2. That may change as I'm still getting into Forza 6 cause it's dope as fukk so far. Anyone sayin Forza Horizon 2. Forza 6. Driveclub. Ect are wack either haven't played the games extensively or just hatin. They all serve a different purpose.
