Awful... streaming while driving needs to be a crime. You cant pay attention to the road when you're trying to read the chat 
There really needs to be laws interms of live streaming.
There was one huge either streamer or tiktoker who was driving a Ferrari in the rain and his friend was streaming him while he was speeding only for them to crash the car on an interstate. The dude (streamer) did not give one fcck and asked his friend (cameramen) to continue filming him all the while while the friends head was bleeding.

If you get hit and killed by someone operating a vehicle, there's a big chance they don't serve any jail-time unless they were intoxicated, committing a crime or theres evidence of negligence/distracted driving.

lots of people who get into accidents were distracted but there's undeniable evidence in her case in addition to gross-negligence.
