That's a blurry ass gif, but it looks like the ambulance signaled and didnt eem look to see if other cars were behind it. I dont know the law but you really shouldn't try to overtake two vehicles. Both are in the wrong

ambulance driver would've been in the wrong. other car was already established in the lane and had the right of way

Can't see/hear if the ambulance sirens were on or not. If not then ambulance was in the wrong

Even though the last driver was coming in at a higher speed, and if I was the driver, I would’ve been pissed at the ambulance, the ambulance, by virtue of being ahead, had the right away. The cars behind should be going at a speed limit that gives them enough room to yield in case the person in front has to make any sudden movements, because if they hit ambulance from the rear, they are at fault.

Not sure because i'm not familer with uk driving rules.
But in the USA you technically not supposed to pass people on the right side. The left lane is the passing lane.
Ambulance didn't use a blinker though so that is also a mistake. can't tell if the driver who pov we see used a blinker but he appeared to be speeding unless the flow of traffic is significantly below the speed limit.

In the UK, you pass on the right. I thought this was obvious but I guess from your point of view, it looks as though traffic is one way.

Both were at fault but the blame should go on the driver who was speeding and trying to overtake 2 cars.

The ambulance is wrong. And yesthese a$$hole people do shyt like that when they see somebody about to pass them. Drive slow, then start speeding up and playing around when you start going around them.
