This all hinges on whether or not the overtaking car was using his blinker. Can’t tell from that gif.

If the overtaking car was using his blinker, then the ambulance was in the wrong. If not, then the overtaking car was in the wrong.

actually looking at the gif again. The ambulance did actually have the blinker on. So the driver that got cut off is entirely in the wrong. They were speeding & tried to pass someone who was already about to change lanes.

A turn signal is NOT for enabling the millisecond before you take the action. I'm annoyed when people don't realize this. The purpose of the turn signal is to let others on the road know what you are planning to do before you do it. Clicking that shyt on 0.0002 seconds before you change lanes defeats the fukking purpose.

The old adage of "Bad drivers do not realize they are bad drivers" is so fukking true.
