Only halfway through it and I’m impressed 
Xiaomi products are nice for the stuff I have from them (drill/screw driver kit, home vacuum).. and it’s cheap in price but not quality.
Like it FEELS cheaper in a way with how light the shyt is but it works well. Kinda what I think they are doing with this car.
I was going to get the lights for them home but went with Govee instead

That shyt looks fantastic. I got a Chinese tablet last year for like 250 that I’d damn near put up against the iPad Pro I got my girl the month before that. I want to see more of their mid and high tier electronics. Surprised of the quality in craftsmanship coming out of China

USA might invent shyt but China just deploys and integrates WAY better.
Like, you dont need bleeding edge tech A+ when China will deploy B+/A- level experience EVERYWHERE thus raising everyone’s standards while in the USA you might have a few places with A+ tech and everywhere else averages at a C.
We are undefeated with IP as our culture is rooted in it, but the Chinese are masters at production at scale due to little red tape.
The thing with US Companies they seem more focused on milking the last bit of profits out the game than really going all in. Like Trump gave them free rein on AI but we still aren't seeing ROI. At least when china destroyed their environment you saw the output lol

I know this…but in a car?
It's been tested in cars in Japan/China years ago. The difference is, the Japanese tend to play it safe with their suppliers in terms of features like that (i.e. is this going to be a problem component 10 years down the road and am I going to have to stock it and is it expensive?). The Chinese.. don't necessarily concern themselves with that.
