As is Prodigy, DMX, Biggie, Chino XL...at the end of the day, the point is that it's music and if they recorded it, I don't see a problem with it.

The only reason why not to do it, is because after Pac's death a lot of artists "suddenly" became fans of his music and persona in order to get his fans, and it would now look hypocritical if their diss ever got leaked.
