Coli Brehs We all know about systematic white supremacy, institutionalized racism, the school to prison pipeline, the billion dollar prison industrial complex that has transferred slavery from the plantation to the penitentiary, but how many of us know about certain laws, legislation & acts that was created & codified for the sole purpose of obstructing black progression & stifling our political movements for example
The Mulford act of 1967 that was created in result of the black panthers arming themselves & exercising their 2nd amendment rights
The Mann Act of 1910 that was created in result of prominent black men like Jack Johnson openly cavorting , socializing & traveling across state lines with white women
The Violent Crime Control & Law enforcement act of 1994 which tripled the prison population exponentially & what we know as the introduction to the 3 strikes law
I gotta few more but I want some of the brothers who are well versed on these acts of legislation to drop some jewels, spread & disseminate knowledge
