...the measures you're taking to accomplish those goals. I know you can't change your height, but what are you doing to change the weight? Or are you happy where you are?


I'm 6'1 and 255 pounds .I carry my weight well and most if it is muscle mass. Not a fat and sloppy 255. Matter of fact, most people consistently think I'm 210 or so and usually don't believe me when I tell them what I weigh.

Idealistically, I would love to be a toned and firm 225. Been practicing portion control, doing cardio more frequently, increasing water intake, weight training 3 or 4 times a week and taking Alpha Liphoic Acid, which does wonders for shedding unwanted pounds. Anyone else looking to gain, lose, tone, etc. Share your stories and methods. Brotha can use all the help I can get :myman:
