This is gonna be tough, especially after the last year, but here goes -
1. Black Panther - Black excellence in superhero form. Great flick all around, plot, characters, cinematography, message, everything.
2. Dark Knight - Heath Ledger's Joker automatically makes this the GOAT Batman movie, but actually everybody was good in it.
3: Avengers - Before this came out, nobody thought you could do a live action superhero movie with this many heroes and have it work. True classic.
4. Logan - Incredible movie all around. It's really more of a drama/western than a superhero movie. Writing was just excellent and it was the best possible way any onscreen superheroes have been sentoff.
5: Avengers: Infinity War: Just great all around and subverted everybody's expectations of how things would go. Thanos is one of the GOAT villains.
Honorable mentions: Deadpool, Iron Man, Wonder Woman, Spiderman 2, X2, Batman (Michael Keaton)
So many good superhero flicks these days. I remember like 10 years ago people said we'd be tired of superhero movies within a year or two and they would go out of styule.
