People gotta stop trying to discredit Jalen Hurts.
He may not put up gaudy numbers but he's not gonna be the reason you lose the game.
Does he benefit from talent around him, yes. So do plenty of other QBs.
It's cliche as hell but Hurts is a winner.

Jalen Hurts also was a late season injury away from potentially winning league MVP. This was before Saquon Barkley got there too.
We've seen him outplay Mahomes twice in the Super Bowl. Give that man his props.

What is "great" to you? Lamar is a great QB, despite the lack of a Super Bowl.

Hurts has a Super Bowl victory, and had a much easier path to get there. Other than the tush push, what is one thing Hurts does better than Lamar? You're probably going to say he makes smart decisions and checks down.

I like how you say "he" has won 15 starts in a row when it was Barkley and that defense dominating last year. Yes, Hurts showed up when it mattered most in the playoffs against a wounded Chiefs team. Amazing.
Skip and Stephen A would be proud of this one, generational hate :laff:

I never said he had great HB and WR play last night. Show me where I said that was the case for the game last night? I said he has a HOF HB and two great WR's. I never said that's how they played last night. Trying to twist my words to make some ridiculous and fictitious point.

There is a 100% chance the Eagles would trade Hurts for Lamar/Allen (not factoring in cap hits). There is a 0% chance the Ravens and Bills would make that trade. You are delusional if you don't think that's the case. You're being ridiculous saying they wouldn't equate to winning football. If they had the weapons the Eagles have on both sides of the ball and could go through a significantly easier conference than the Ravens/Bills currently go through, they'd absolutely have winning success.

Hurts got the job done, but to act like Lamar/Allen wouldn't in the same situation and that Hurts would thrive in Baltimore/Buffalo is laughable.

Edit: Not going to go back and forth on this anymore. Hurts played well, and he's gotten it done before, but for you and others to have zero nuance when it comes to discussing him is absurd. And, to think for one second that the Eagles wouldn't trade him for Lamar/Allen and that they would not make that offense significantly better is even more ridiculous.
Some people understand football, some never will. :yeshrug:

Jalen also ran for 14 TDs last year :stopitslime:

You tryna tell me Tom Brady and the boring ass Pats in 2002 were more exciting than Jalen Hurts and the Eagles last year :skip:

yes, Tom Brady's 28 passing touchdowns were more exciting than Jalen's multitude of tush push, goal line touchdowns :mjlol:
