Two of the teens admitted to cops that they had sex with the 18-year-old girl after finding her drunk in the Osborn Playground in Brownsville at about 9 p.m. last Thursday, but they insist it was consensual, sources said.
They said she was having intercourse with her boozed-up dad before they had sex with her, law enforcement sources said.
One of the boys took out his cellphone and recorded video — catching the woman with her pants down as her father stood nearby, the suspects’ relatives said.
In a short clip of the footage viewed by The Post, a young woman can be seen sitting on the ground rocking back and forth and grinning. There is the sound of young men laughing in the background.
One of the teens says to the older man, “Can we have some of that?,” according to a law enforcement source.
A teen can then be heard telling the girl, “You said, ‘Yeah.’ That’s what I’m saying, it’s lit [OK], like you know what I mean? I could tell you a freak.’’
Three suspects arrive at Bro
Video footage taken by the teen boys involved suggest that the inebriated 'dad' was having sex with his own daughter when the teen boys approached them and asked to partake.
The footage reveals that it was consensual and the dad claims he left to find help because of the teens had a gun(no evidence). Local store owners and others who were flagged down by the father of the year claim he was too drunk to understand!!!
