Well although I don't care for his rants, the shootings in Chicago as well as violence and despair in a lot of minority communities is a function of white supremacy. I suppose you could argue that white supremacy isn't 100 percent culpable, but it's definitely part of the blame. White Supremacy established a system in which white people are on the top and blacks are on the bottom of a symbolic totem pole . Being on the bottom of that pole means fewer economic, educational, political opportunity. All of which beget violence
