For the diverticulitis? I think it was towards the end of his UFC run.
I think that's what made him retire.
In his last fight i think he got kicked in the stomach to start the fight and Brock just took a knee and never fought again.

Punk's about to walk into UFC with a record of 0-0 and make more money than 95% of the roster. If they ask him to show up to help promote an event what do you expect him to tell them?
