There is a high probability that dude will find out......you dont know whether she gonna have an attack of conscience and confess to him....you dont know if in the middle of an argument shes gonna tell him to hurt his feelings...... she probably gonna blab to her friends ,who gonna blab to their friends who gonna tell him.....
he might be some stalker dude who follows her or who has a keylogger....
