Really though, if he is close to 50, he should be enjoying family life right now. Is he one of those guys that refused to make a commitment to someone special in his younger days?
If so, he should be a cautionary example. When you get to a certain age women will not always be throwing panties at you, and the young women you want will be getting snatched up by younger men.

Now, maybe it's age differenece because dude is close to 50. But he has a terrible time getting with women. Any woman that's nice to him, he does the same old thing. Gets a basket full of items (lotions, fruit, etc.) and tells them he wants to get to know them. The thing is though, IT NEVER WORKS. And when I say, never, I mean that. Then he goes on this suicide talk and I have to talk him out of it.

This time though, he actually did it with a woman whom may actually liked him. She would talk to him and they had a good convo. I told him to get her number and he listened. I'm thinking, "this might work". But she didn't call him back after their first convo. She told him she would. WHen he called her back, she told him she didn't lock his number in the phone. Another good convo and she told him she'll call him back at the end. He called her again, and she didn't answer.

Sunday, of course, was Easter. And on cue, this niguh messed it up with her. Niguh went to CVS and made her an Easter basket. Got her some books, lotion and slippers. Gave her the basket and told her he liked her. And would like to take her out (even though he doesn't have a car). She hit him with "I don't date people I work with but we can still be friends). He was like cool. He told me and all I gave no response. I just listened but thinking "Here we go again".

Yesterday, he hit her up and left a message on her voice mail "Look, I know you don't wanna date. Which is cool. But how about we get some coffee, or have some lunch? Not on some romantic stuff. I just want to get to know you. Call me back". Which of course, she didn't. And once again, he got depressed and talked about life being better if he wasn't here. I never knew people did this kinda stuff except in the movies? M Making baskets and asking women on a date? Have yall heard of this before?

u need to stop getting sick thrills from watching this poor dude fail. sit him down and tell him man to man how to deal with women. tell him buying women things is NOT the way to get a woman to like him. tell him to start really slow with women. it seems dude is rushing straight to the "let's date" vibe which is obviously not working for him. tell him to invite them out to coffee and coffee only. no dinner dates....unless she suggest it. and even then, tell him to make sure shes not using him for food. if he starts doing friendly things with them, some of these women will grow to like him for him, some will not. some will remain friends wit him. and would wanna go places with him on a platonic level. and the more that happens and the more other women see him with women, the more likely he'll succeed.
