Growing up I watched re runs of Different Strokes during Summer vacation and as I kid I didn't understand how bad that episode was.

The one that fukked me up as a kid and had me shook to walk home from school was the episode of The Parent Hood when Nicks friend gets kidnapped. It was just so random it hit me out of nowhere and had me messed up for a few weeks.
