Dumb question moment. Were Black kids into Harry Potter at all? Were any of you?

I'm just genuinely curious. I was too old to ever get into that, and even reflecting on my youth I don't think I would have gotten into it. The more I think about it, I don't recall seeing any of my younger relatives into it. Not looking to sh!t on anybody either, just curious.

I went to viewing events and stood in line when the books dropped at midnight several times!

It's one of the best series in the fantasy genre!

When those books came out I was way too old for them and in high school. And as an adult I have zero desire to check them out.
