As someone who's cold approached dozens and dozens of women (alot successfully) this is BS. He could have said anything pretty much. It wasn't the line, it was the fact that he probably looks like prime Denzel.
She had already noticed him beforehand and was attracted to him.
All he had to do was have the balls to say something and more importantly, not say anything stupid.
I wish more guys knew this. 90% of it is simply having the balls to approach.
If you're decent looking and can hold a mature conversation, you're gonna atleast walk away with a number.
