i noticed everyone in here whos mad is a fan of a team thats been a perennial loser for the past 10-20 years
imagine being mad that the reigning super bowl champion philadelphia eagles dont want to be on the field to see another SB banner being raised and you're not even a fan of the team :russ:..shyt some of yall wish it was y'all team raising another SB banner...the cowboys will be front and center for that

shyt some of y'all have never seen y'all team in your lifetime or team's history raise a banner..i feel sorry for those fans

Those Philly fans are gonna go crazy!
:picard:
Why? They already won them a Superbowl

They couldve just as easily not won the Superbowl :mjlol:

That's like someone giving you a million dollars and you upset because it wasn't in a briefcase with a bow on top. If the ceremony of it means more than the actual prize then you don't deserve shyt forreal, focusing on the wrong things

The 2025 Eagles will not be on the field for the Banner Drop. You can call it cheesy or forced motivation but the reality is that was last year's team. It's the 2025 Eagles with players who weren't even on the team last year. The Parade is for the Team, Organization and Fans. The Ring Ceremony is for the Team and Organization. The Banner Night is mostly for the Fans. They celebrated all off season and they are moving on to this year. I'm sure when they got their Rings they celebrated one last time.

Sure they could still be out there but it's not necessary. They will see the Banner every Home game or when they are at the facility every week the rest of the season. I'm still wondering what Statue they are going to do for the team. Also for the record, the Eagles have 5 NFL Championships. They had 3 pre Super Bowl Era. They've also been to 4 Super Bowls this Century (3 in the last 7 years) and could have very well won all four of them. The two Super Bowl Wins was against two Dynasties. The two Super Bowl Losses were by 3 points against two Dynasties

Mixed feelings about this.
1. Not to celebrate with you fans that pay dumb money to see you and go to war with people all the time is corny.
2. It's an expensive bet and they might forget that one of the reasons that teams win the SB is cause they are lucky to not have injuries, 2 important guy out of 50 can change their odds drastically. 8-9 guys even more so, and it happens often.

Yeah, not a big deal

They're not low level teams like the giants, cowboys, patriots, raiders, forty niners, packers, bills, rams, lions etc etc

They don't have to dream of one day watching that happen. Winning is a regular occurence

Why do y'all care?
For real, nikkas is pissed off for no reason. I guess I understand if you an eagles fan but even then it wouldn’t be a big deal to me, I’d just be like :yeshrug: .

They won the Super Bowl and got the rings. It seems Thats enough for them

Tbh I don’t even remember any banner raising when it comes to the NFL. NBA ring night I remember because they kinda make that a spectacle but as far as the NFL I didnt even know that was a thing
