Easiest/quickest way to transfer music from ipod to Laptop?

Plug in iPod
Make your hidden files visible
Open ipod
Look for "MUSIC" folder (I think it's titled music)
Drag all music folders onto computer
The only problem is you have so many different folders with music and they're not labeled by song and/or name; they'll be titled by letters like "LFRD." But when you play them it shows their actual song name and author.
