Panda is a fake Future song, who is a 'Trap Rapper'

Bobby Schmurda is emulating southern rap videos, southern flows like a lazy version of Ha, and actively mentioned 'Trap Houses' in the song :pachaha:

Nothing about the Bobby Schmurda song is traditional New York.
Bobby imitating Chicago more

Chief Keef will tell you himself he was emulating Guwop so.....

Yeah he was. When did New Yorkers talk about trap houses? :snoop: And when did New Yorkers start making little dances for their singles....after the South did. It is a New York kid doing his Southern Trap impression....

For sure it is a FAR cry from typical Brooklyn MCs and their styles.....Biggie, MOP, Fabolous, Masta Ace, Mos Def he sounds nothing like them.....but sounds just like a typical trap rapper with that basic flow and lyrics....it has a fukking dance...he did it for the label....

He made a dance for the label? Dawg, you have no idea what you're talking about. That song was a hood song basically a salute to his Crip set not even meant to blow. He didn't make up a dance he didn't literally set out on creating the shmoney dance. During the video he did a dance spontaneously which helped the song blow through social media. It was completely organic.

Trap house is nationwide slang now everybody says that shyt it's like saying lit, wavy or thot :what:

I'm not saying their isn't Southern inspiration its just not conscious these dudes wasn't saying "yo we need to make this type of music". GS9's sound was more Meek Mill/Philly than Atlanta. Jahlil Beats did their biggest songs and was set to produce Bobby's debut album. Rowdy's biggest inspiration was Flamerz era Meek.

Lmao at expecting Bobby Shmurda to rap like Mos Def. He was an amateur street rapper not no real artistic MC. Lmao at expecting dudes to make boom bap and M.O.P. type records in 2010's. He's 21 he didn't grow up on Masta Ace likely never heard an Ace record in his life.

Shmurda wasn't a complex lyricist but he could spit in a straight forward violent style and had an energetic flow. He doesn't mumble, he doesn't use autotune, his first song was 3 minutes of bars no hook.
