greek yogurt. And only drank a cup of coffee black in the morning and green tea lemon and honey with the rest of the meals, No soda, only sugar (2 spoons of brown) in the morning with the coffee. The exercise combined with the high protein and low carb would keep me shredded. Typically would only eat carbs like pasta before my pre-game nap after shoot around.
