And even w/o the E. Coli, there is a label right on the package that says 'dont eat raw u mite get sick'.... she did anyway and faced the consequences.

And yea, I eat raw dough, raw fish and medium rare beef regualrly. I also ride a motorcycle and have unprotected sex. Not sure why I should be able to sue somebody for facing the potential consequences of my actions

Oh you do eat raw dough, well if you get e.coli from dough that was recalled after you ate it, you won't sue for any damages, right? You'll just take in on the chin...
