I think I may be lowkey obsessed with this lifestyle brehs :wow:

I feel sick if I miss a day at the gym :to:

I need advice though......might be in a possible plateau. The scale hasnt changed in 10 days :mjcry: and I've been following my diet and exercise plan to a T

Agreed.
Once you get into the rhythm and make the lifestyle change, it becomes so easy. Like I tried to splurge on calories today but I only had three meals....but I'm now adjusted to the point where I eat for fuel that I can't really overeat without my stomach feeling like it's gonna pop open.

I wanted to eat more today for a refeed to shock my metabolism.

I think I'm going through a plateau:-(

That's good but even cut people can get heart disease and diabetes and shyt :manny:

i know breh, but i eat bad outta depression...im too mentally strong to do drugs, so the food cures it, plus i dont gain weight....tough dilemma ...i already know my health is going to go when I hit my mid 30s

It's not just about living long for me though. It's about living comfortable while I am alive. You could die at any moment. Its great your cut and eat like shyt but it will catch up to you. I was the same way when I was younger.

yeah im in the gyms 5 days a week.

I eat really well unless i'm out getting food with a woman or friend.

beer is the only downfalls of my diet, but thats only a once or twice a week thing.

That is EXACTLY where I'm at at this point.

I workout daily as well and tbh I haven't felt this good in a long time. It helps that people are taking notice and I'm getting compliments daily, women becoming super flirtatious or just flat out stare at a nikka on some lust shyt.
