June was bad for me brehs. I ate mcdonalds for lunch every day for like a week or two straight. I started partying like i was in college again. Drinking myself sick. :scust:

I've been clean and already lost weight but fukk the pounds because....I just feel amazing. I feel happier. I feel better. :whew:

I do 60 minutes on three different machines 6 days a week (elliptical and treadmill and stairmaster or go walking or jogging at local parks) and lift weights twice a week (squats, deadlifts, etc) :noah:

I feel so fukking good. Always alert and energized. Never sleepy and drowsy anymore. Don't wake up groggy. Don't get random diarrhea. I don't eat more than 2100 calories a day. I don't have to feel bad about eating bad things cause I do it in moderation now. I dont get heartburn or acid reflex. I don't get winded walking up a flight of steps. I don't feel as stressed, anxious or depressed. I never feel overly stuffed or bloated. I eat only when hungry which naturally occurs about every 3 hours. :ohlawd:

I've lost some weight and weigh in every Sunday and I know I'm gonna see it keep reducing as I check my weight. That's not the priorty. Being active and eating right is. The weight loss will happen. :myman:

I just feel fukking good brehs :obama:

Good job breh. Wish other ppl had your will.
I didn't always have it.
I haven't been this consistent since 2011-2012.
I won't lie.
But it's so easy to count calories and create a deficit.
So easy to dedicate yourself to the gym
