Eating healthy and taking shyts

Ever since I started working out and eating healthy, I never get a clean break when takin a shyt
It's always that soft and mushy shyt
shyt makes me feel like eating Chinese sometimes just some don't have to wipe

And what's worse than when u think u get a clean break after u wipe
And u fold this tissue and wipe again, and now it's dirty?
fukk outta here with that shyt
How the fukk does that shyt happen?
Makes me not wanna double check sometimes

If you're eating more fruits and veggies then you are getting more fiber. Fiber makes it eaiser to doo doo. If you don't like, eat more cheese

Ima have to invest in some
I never had a problem shytting
I use to be able to be in and out in under a minute. I never had to wipe
Now it be those shyts where I gotta go back and rewipe every hour or so
And ain't nobody got time for that

Add some fiber supplement to your diet? Benafiber or Metamucil so your stool gets bulked into one package.

Doesn't have to be much, as i'm certain you're probably cutting... but a couple slices a day or half a bagel (consumed throughout the course of several hours)
aint gonna hurt yo body.


Variety is the spice of life...just keep it in moderaciones.
