When u come to Canada I got you belovedThis made me realize I enjoyed liver as a kid, when my mom or grandma would make it. However I've never had it as an adult or even seen it at the grocery store. I'd def be curious to make it myself.

Only one store around here sells it non frozen, but it's the whole liver which I guess you're supposed to cut yourself, but I'm not sure I'm built for slicing up pig organs.
