what's dumb about what i'm saying? a good percentage of blacks don't use ebonics? those blacks don't encounter difficulty getting hired for jobs?
i feel like a lot of you reflexively dismiss anything critical of black behavior, even when it clearly has merit. that's one of the reasons we're so damaged as a community. we make excuses for our failure instead of owning up to our own role in it.
