Proximity to white men while appeasing diversity quota set by white men.
The closer the proximity to white men to the point of effecting them will eventually result in change for all of us. Ever thought why there’s “a gay agenda,” it effects white men. Ever thought why there’s “a trans agenda,” it effects white men.
If something doesn’t get done, rest assured it’s because it does not effect white men in anyway. If things are getting done, it is because it effects white men. That white most often times the women aren’t only Black but Mixed/Light skin to look like they cousin, or daughter, or neighbor, etc. Who ever had the closed proximity to white men.
