How will this affect the residents that reside around the school? A lot of Nashville is gentrified to high hell. If all this goes through, hopefully it won't (wishful thinking) change the dynamics of the area around the school although that area could use some revitalizing. Also, State of TN need to get TSU is $500 billy it owes them ASAP
